Green Calgary Association
Since 1978, Green Calgary has been a leading urban environmental charity supporting Calgarians in living a more sustainable life; helping them take effective environmental action in their homes, work places, schools, and communities. We've worked with tens of thousands of Calgarians in leading a greener lifestyle knowing that only by working together can we ensure a healthy city and ultimately a healthy planet. We hope that one day Calgarians are living in the most sustainable city in the world.
Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society
The Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society is a registered charity that serves Southern Alberta. We are the only licensed wildlife hospital in the City of Calgary. Our mission is to treat injured and orphaned wildlife and release them back to the wild and offer public education about urban wildlife to prevent human-wildlife conflict. We see between 2000 and 3000 patients a year, answer 8K+ hotline calls from the public, and reach 3000+ people annually though our education programs.
Alberta Dance Theatre
Performance art created by kids for kids. We provide an outstanding and unique program to dancers in grades 1-12 in Calgary through which dancers not only learn to create choreography, tell stories, and gain performance training from their mentors but also develop skills such as creative problem solving, healthy risk taking, collaboration, and leadership. Donations allow us to dream big, create high quality productions, inclusive rehearsal spaces, and moments that make lasting memories.
(ARK) Accessibility Renovations for Kids
ARK provides home accessibility renovations for families with kids who have mobility challenges. We are a 100% volunteer based charity that relies on the generous support of donors and sponsors to complete these much needed home accessibility renovations at no cost to the families. Our vision is a community where no child has to unduly struggle with accessibility in their own home.
Calgary Climate Hub Association
The Calgary Climate Hub believes that Calgary can be a leader on climate action. We have worked to empower Calgarians to become active climate citizens since 2017. We train people how to advance climate advocacy at city hall, organize climate events like rallies and marches, and even plant tiny forests. With your donation we will expand the scope of our advocacy and training programs, striving to engage a larger and more diverse audience than ever before.
Centre for Newcomers Society of Calgary
Since 1988 we’ve been a key resource for immigrants and refugees of all nationalities in Calgary. We view the integration of newcomers as a two-way process of experience, influence and impact between newcomers and the communities that welcome them.
Donations support our English Language Program, Settlement Services, Career and Employment Services, Multicultural Peer Mentorship, Youth Programming and much more. Specific examples include food industry experience and volunteer community experience.
End of The Rainbow Foundation
The End of the Rainbow Foundation creates sponsorship circles (groups of five), hosts support groups, and provides education to help 2SLGBTQ+ people settle in their homes and community. The foundation hosts the Calgary 2SLGBTQ+ Refugee Centre; Private Sponsorships, settling refugees from outside Canada; and a variety of volunteer run support groups and mentor services.

Community Kitchen Program of Calgary
Community Kitchen Program of Calgary works to support individuals and families facing food insecurity in our city and surrounding areas. Being the second largest food bank in Calgary, we offer resources to equip, educate and empower families to make changes to positively impact their lives now and in the future.
The four core programs we have built help adults, children and families to eat healthier, at a lower cost and how to keep these healthy eating habits for a lifetime.
The Weaslehead/Glenmore Park Preservation Society
Our vision is that the Weaselhead is recognized as an important natural area that connects people with nature. The Weaselhead / Glenmore park Preservation Society’s main activities include outdoor educational field trips based on the Alberta Program of Studies for 4500 students each year, a variety of adult and family events, citizen science initiatives as well as online webinars. For 30 years we’ve worked to protect the beauty and biodiversity of the park through stewardship programs.
Bow Cliff Seniors
By donating to Bow Cliff Seniors Centre, you are supporting over 400 members who are ages 50+ and over 2000 other Super Members who are involved in programming all over the City of Calgary. Supporting Bow Cliff Seniors financially allows us to offer diversified and subsidized programming to encourage older adults' participation and involvement in the community. We strive to help all seniors in the city live with dignity and respect and give them as many opportunities to age in place.
